Outlander (a.k.a. Jesus & Vikings vs. Aliens)
Premise: An alien monster lands on Earth during the time of the vikings, and its up to Jesus to lead the vikings to victory. If only Minnesota had such luck. There was not much hope floating around for this flick, mostly due to it being lost in post-production hell for so long. I swear I saw a trailer for this almost two years before a watchable version became available. This does not generally bode well for a sci-fi flick. Shockingly, it turns out to be a pretty sweet flick! Jim Caviezel throws down a pretty good job as a alien killing spaceman turned viking. Quite surprised at the quality of the special effects, especially considering the delay of release. Definately worth a watch. 7.5/10
